I had an issue yesterday (11-18-10) with my tv that I purchased from bernies in 08 and lost my warranty paperwork. After some research online I found the warranty company to be GE. Just google GE warranties and you will find phone numbers to call. When I called they had all my info in their system and They were very helpful. GE issued a service appoinment for the next closest day. They didnt take over the warranties, they were the original company used for bernies warranties thus they have to honor them. Hope this helps anyone with issues.
Sometimes a used car will still have the manufacturer's warranty on it, if it's under the mileage and/or time from initial sale; this depends on the manufacturer. (I know Hyundai will honor its 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty even if the vehicle is sold.) Some used-car dealers will offer their own warranty. Most will offer a third-party warranty for an extra price. some used car lots give very limited waranties others sell waranties Some used cars still have remaining warranties on them whether from manufacturer or an extension. Used car dealers or business owners also give out warranties on specific cars. Depends on the deal that you guys can work on. The best way to determine if a car has warranties is to search up cars classifieds online and locate sellers whether private, dealer or business that gives out warranties to cars. Choose the best deal for you to save more on money.
