Well, the last album was The Black Parade. But they say that there will be a new album in December 2008! -- They have a single out 'Desolation Row', but I'm not sure when their next album will be out. They said October this year (2009), but it might be later, because of Gerard's new baby.

They first met in 2003 when My Chemical Romance opened for Mindless Self Indulgence at a few shows. They didn't see each other again until Projekt Revolution in Summer 2007 where they began their relationship.
