No i believe that the farthest it goes is 8 tails then Naruto is like inside his mind and Minato appears and tells him about how he put this seal here with the remaining amount of chakra so that Naruto can turn back to normal and be able to control the 9 tails whenever he wants which leads to later discoveries..... which will not be explained!
