A class 4 felony in Ohio is usually related to a violent or sexual assault. A class 4 felony usually gives the perpetrator the maximum fines and imprisonment sentence.
Yes, Colorado will extradite for felonies, and especially for violent crimes.
Yes if they want to spend the time and money to pick you up.

Such questions are meaningless unless the actual charges and State are known.
I've got news for you.... probation is NOT a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card. You are still liable for the balance of your sentence and are probably a fugitive. All US states and possessions honor each other's requests for extradtion. Most states WILL extradite you back to answer for felony offenses.
I know that a felon can NOT own a gun but is there any problem with a felon being around someone who has a gun?
The charges for the first time offense of UNDER $ 150 retail theft in Illinois is Class A misdemeanor. The second time Class 4 Felony. Over $150 for a retail theft is a class 4 felony, even for the first time. However, if the theft is not from a retail store, then under $300 is still a misdemeanor. Over $300 it becomes a felony. See related links below.
States do not have the prerogative to refuse to send a criminal to another state where he is desired for prosecution. However, if no such request has been made, they are also not required to do so upon their own initiative.
It is impossible to say whether a particular state will choose to extradite you or not, there are simply too many variables - All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - usually it depends on the offense and the seriousness of it - most states will USUALLY extradite for felony offenses.
Guess it might depend on the state but in Ohio the maximum for ANY felony 4 conviction is 18 months per count
i got a class 4 felony agg DUI back in 97 and i was told i could have it dropped to a misdemeanor if i petitioned the courts after my probation was over. I'm about to give it a try and see what it takes, i suggest you contact the courts where you got the felony and ask them. I received an aggrated Dui in MN, what soule I expect for charges?
