The PlayStation Portable is the only handheld video game console to use an optical disc format, Universal Media Disc (UMD), as its primary storage medium. They will continue to make UMDs for the PSP model. The PS Vita will use a new proprietary flash memory card called "PlayStation Vita card" rather than on Universal Media Discs (UMDs) used by the original PlayStation Portable
No it does not. Software for the PlayStation Vita is sold on a proprietary PlayStation Vita memory card rather than on Universal Media Discs (UMDs) used by the original PSPs.
You need to have downloaded the games from the Playstation Store. The PSP UMDs do not have a slot in the Playstation Vita
send it back to playstation (if you have your warranty) or go to playstation.com and go to support for the psp
The Playstation Go has to use downloads while the PSP can use UMDs or downloads
no it well not have any umds.
You can not play umds however Sony is working on a program to put your umds on to psp go
The PlayStation Network can ban your PlayStation account and stop you from using the PlayStation Network, but it is not a hack. The related question contains reason for being banned and offers a link for more detailed explanations
It won't work anymore. You can however buy replacement casing at http://www.multimediarecovery.com Right now, they are the only company offering a replacement casing for the UMDs. :3
dude seriously what the hell kind of question is that you wont get crap
YES. As long as the game for your old PSP was downloaded from the PlayStation Network. UMDs will NOT work in the PSPGo. The new games can only be downlowded.(PSP go can text)
The wireless controller of a PlayStation 3 could stop working for a number of different reasons. If it stops working because the battery will not hold a charge you would need a new battery. You could still use the controller by plugging it into the PlayStation 3 and using it while it is plugged in.
you have to get a mutitap cord at game stop
