Why does Rosalie carry Bella down stairs?
if your talking about the part i think you are its because Bella is heavily pregnant with Renesmee and Renesmee was draining all the power out of Bella so she couldn't walk. if you haven't read the book and your wondering why would Rosalie be so kind to do that because she hates Bella its because Edward wanted to get rid of Nessie (Renesmee) because she could kill Bella so Rosalie and Bella joined forces to stop Edward killing Nessie.
Why doesn't Alice call Rosalie as soon as she finds Bella alive?
because she will tell Rosalie and then she will tell Edward and then Edward will rush into showing himself because he will think that Rosalie is lying to him to try and stop him from doing it

As in the book, Rosalie, is very beautiful and apparently no guy has ever not been attracted to her, so, when she met Edward she had a resentement towards the fact that he showed no interest in her whatsoever. And when Bella came along and Edward was in love with her, Rosalie flipped. Even though she is quite in love with Emmett and probably wouldent have been interested in Edward, she still resents the fact that he wasnt attracted to her. So, basically, Rosalie was jealous of Bella for getting Edward's attention so easily when she couldent.

Alice had a vision saying that Bella almost died and told Rosalie Rosalie tells Edward but says that she died. Edward goes to the volturi and asks if they can kill him but they said no. So he figures he can step into the sunlight revealing who he is. Alice came to forks and told Bella what he is going to do and Bella and Alice go to Italy in Italy they rush inside the city. Bella runs to Edward trying to stop him and makes it in time. Their united again. Yay!Then that's when we meet the evil but striking volturri. They go back to forks and live happily ever after. Bella jumps off of a cliff. Alice sees this in a vision and figures Bella is dead. Alice tells Rosalie. Alice flies to Forks to comfort Charlie. Rosalie and her big mouth tell Edward. Edward goes to the Volturi and asks to die. Volturi say no. Edward comes up with a plan to expose himself so the Volturi kill him. Alice sees this in a vision. Alice discovers that Bella isn't dead, and takes her to Volterra to stop Edward and prove that she is alive so he won't kill himself. Bella runs into Edward just in time. There you go.
