No, it will not be released either in the US and it will not be translated to English. D:
In the English Dubbed version of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Haruhi was voiced by Wendee Lee. In Japanese the voice actor was Aya Hirano.

Dubbed AC3 is a movie released in the US that is dubbed into another language (with said dubbed audio is encoded with Dolby AC-3) with subtitles.
No. At least not yet. The possibility of it being dubbed is likely, seeing as it is really popular, and it is still being released in Japan. As they are released in Japan, the most they can do to get it to English, (assuming that's the "dubbed" you are looking for) is putting subtitles on it.
Special A will actually be re-released for English Dub in July on the 16th :)
it is dubbed on animepalm
sometime in 2009
They are currently still subbing the new Haruhi eps. Since it's such a popular series I'm sure it will be licensed very soon after the subbing is done.

It's scheduled to be released sometime in 2011.
There is not currently a dubbed version of Kanketsu-hen. The original dubbing cast has been asked to return, but the episodes have not yet been released.
