No it will not. Australian games use a different Television system than the USA and the game has design differences because of this. The game is expected to be released on the same date in Australia on November 8 2011.

No for a number of reason one is that the PS3 plays on the PlayStation Network and the PC can not use that network. Another is that the PC must play a PC version of the game and the PS3 plays the PS3 version of the game. That means they are not playing the same game.

Unfortunately they decided not to release it on the PlayStation Network, you'd have to get the UMD version instead.
