no it will not
The iPhone currently cannot aquire Verizon due to the contract between Apple and AT&T. However, two Verizon employees told the press that Verizon will be available to the iPhone in January 2011. This is just another rumor of course, but there will be for sure and iPhone on Verizon either the summer of 2011 or 2012. If this Verizon iPhone happens, the sales will sky rocket and it would be the most used and successful phone in the world.

No, You cannot use reliance CDMA sim card (or) any other CDMA card sim card on Apple iphone 4s. Any GSM Sim card will work on factory unlocked Apple iphone 4s but not CDMA sim ONLY IN INDIA.
Yes. Both the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S work on Verizon's network. However, you will need to buy the version of the 4 or 4S that is compatible with Verizon.
Verizon does have sim cards. if you buy a blackberry bold it will have a sim card made for Verizon, the bold was made to work with gsm and cdma and Verizon had a "hybrid" sim card made for that phone but i currently do not have a iPhone but ive had friends who have put an iPhone on Verizon before you might need to unlock it though
Apple iPhones currently work on the following networks: Verizon Wireless and AT&T. However, there are plans for expanding the number of networks users will be able to use their iPhone on in the future.

No it will not since Verizon uses CDMA networks and the iPhone needs the GSM standard.
The iPad2 from Verizon will not work in the Philippines but the NEW iPad (3rd generation) from Verizon will work because it has a micro-sim card slot just like the one from AT&T. Source: Apple website
