Freeview TV is a non-profit company that offer free tv to everyone. Freeview TV is the new face of free tv as the old analouge signal is going for ever. Freeview will only ever cost you money once unless you already have a freeview built in TV and an antena. If you do have that then all you need is a man to come and fit it all together for you!
I don't think it will ever come back on tv it did come back on Disney XD ON CHANNEL 38 BUT AIRED OFF, IF IT DOES EVER COME BACK ON TV IT BE CHANNEL 45 OR 11 80% SURE, I DON'T THINK IT WILL EVER RETURN.
I don't think Jeff Hardy will come back to the WWE but Jeff Hardy is on TNA check it out on Spike TV.
Legally - nowhere. All WWE events are copyrighted by the WWE and hence legally you cant watch it for free online. You need to subscribe to the TV Channel that airs the show in your country or buy DVD's that WWE releases. There are many sites that actually record WWE shows and uploads them to sites like youtube but they get taken down regularly because of WWE's copyright claim.
WWE Extreme Rules 2012 was on Pay Per View on April 29, 2012 at 8 am in the Philippines.
