It depends on country of production (US, Japan). Usually there are no problems interchanging parts, but there are some exceptions. What you can do is to call Toyota dealer and ask them. But it does not work all the time because they want you to buy from them. The best way its just compare both radiators side by side if you have such opportunity. If the look the same, it fits.

the radiators are interchangeable as long as both have the same transaxle assembly the automatic transmission has a cooler system built into the radiator so you can change the auto with the auto and the manual with the manual. the part numbers are the same for the sdv10 and the sxv20 camry
