No the 2006 belt is for the 6.0L and a 99 is a 7.3L way different. If you have a diesel.
Maybe if its a gas engine and has the 5.4L 2 valve in both models. If one has the 2-valve and other 3 valve per cyl then no they are different engines. Good luck. Hope this helps.

I do not belive they will. In 1999 when for changed their body style on the F-250 they changed the bolt pattern on the rims.
no they will not...they are a metric bolt pattern. Any wheel prior to 1999 will work on that truck.
