no.
No the engines are not interchangeable.
If they are both 4.3L engines, yes. If one is a 2.2L and the other is a 4.3L, no.
That should be a good swap, it should fit
You can swap the engine from your 1997 Cavalier 2.2 liter engine to your 2000 Chevy Cavalier. The wiring harness and motor mounts should be in exactly the same.
the g20 should be a 350 and I believe the caprice is a 305 you can swap the engines but you will also probably have to swap the intake and exhaust manifolds
This would not be a direct swap.......adapters and computer change is inevitable!
All you need to do that swap is different motor mounts, ones that will match up to the body (1997). The motor is the same and will run but for the easiest/safest swap you should bring the ECU (the car's computer), wiring, and transmission from the 1999 donor car.
Vvl swap
If they are both 3100 engines...yes. Direct swap. The only thing you MAY have to change would be the motor mounts.
i wouldn't swap it, the 87 is carbureated and the prelude is fuel injected, just put the same engine in. the 87 accord engine has less hp .
NO, 2 different types of engines and computer systems. The wiring harness's are even different. So are the fuel pumps that's in the fuel tank.
The quick answer is no. Off the top of my head the reason is this. The bolt pattern from the Pathfinder is probably not the same as the Suburban. And the tires on the Pathfinder are probably not rate high enough to carry the weight of the suburban safely.
