YES! It will! It's a fairly straight forward easy swap to do. The oil pan clears the front subframe and so does the starter. You'll have to experiment with exhaust, but I'm going to run sidepipes. Here's the information you're looking for. There are 4 indention holes on the each side of the frame mounts. You'll see these once the 7M engine is out. Use a 8 X 8 1/4 inch piece of 1/4 inch steel and place it on top of the frame mounts. You'll see where you will need to cut for the steering linkage and where to drill for the bolts. Weld the top of the plate to the frame rail as well.
