Will a 4.3 v6 from a 94 Chevy astro fit in a 91 Chevy cavalier that is a 2.2 4 cylinder with out any problems If so what do you need to look for. Also is there front end suspension upgrades that made?

The size of the 4.3L motor would make this conversion very difficult. Plus the fact the 4.3l from an Astro van has a rear wheel drive transmission on in, and your Cavalier is front wheel drive. You either have to find a front wheel drive transmission that will bolt up to the 4.3 ( I don't know of any), or convert your Cavalier to rear wheel drive. Which is possible (anything is POSSIBLE), but very hard, requiring lots of fabrication.

hell no haha it usually had the same 2.2L and main difference was the front lip and rear spoiler the z24 had the 2.4L engine, with better suspension. the 'rally sport' came riced out from the factory (aesthetic upgrades without ANY performance or suspension upgrades, relative to the base model)
