YES it will you will need factory motor mounts/oil pan out of a 74 to 78 any car with a 383 through 440 they will like factory put it in u will need 2 adapt your a/c and Power Steering from your car (easier than it sounds) you will need a brake booster and master cycliner out of any k car a u will all so need a water pump from a 73 or earlyer a 360 truck radator big's one u can find also u will need a rearend fab'd up trust me i was thinking mine would work for a month i didn't make it but 300 ft out of my drive way if u don't have a good paying job i wouldn't do it mine get's 9 mile to the gallon but i only live 902 mile's from work and it take me about 75 bucks a week but I LOVE MY FIFTH do have fun oh and u will need a drive shaft made plus a (msd it make it easier)

all engines have exhaust headers but the headers your thinking of are aftermarket performance headers, the ones on the 440 from the factory are made of cast iron.
a good engine to put in a car i think is a 350 small block with a twin turbo. another is a 440 big block v8 with twin headers
