It mayThere are four specifications that are critical, not just the two listed.
  1. Diameter, too small a wheel will not clear brake components
  2. Width of the wheel, this determines the width of the tire and it may tell you if you will have a clearance problem with suspension etc.
  3. 5X4.75 is the bolt pattern and this is the specification you have.
  4. Offset is critical as front drive wheels will have a very different offset and will very often not fit rear drive cars and vice versa
