i made mine go 38 after a lot of stuff takeing governor off putting header on rejetting thats about it i have another one that I'm runing NOS to and it goes 70 with the stock motor
ON THE DOODLE BUG 30 ITS A 97CC 4 STROKE MOTOR, WHO EVER ASSEMBLES THESE BIKES, THEY SLAP THEM TOGETHER. YOU CAN GET GOOD POWER OUT OF THE MOTOR BY ADJUSTING THE SPRING LOADED SCREW ON THE LINKAGE BEHIND THE MOTOR. THATS THE GOVERNOR. DONT WIND THE SCREW OUT TOO MUCH, JUST ENOUGH FOR THE MOTOR TO REV UP. ALL IN ALL TOP OUT SPEED SHOULD BE AROUND 25-35 MPH.HAVE FUN!
