Yes you can, but you must loosen the passenger side motor mount and jack up that side of the motor to get to the one oil pan bolt under the mount.
No bro the wheelbase is a little longer in the rear in a cj-7. It will mount in the rear all the way up to the front but wont touch the top of the windshield.
My CJ7 also makes this noise. I think it is supposed to make that sound at a higher speed (5-20 MPH)

The fuel pump is located above the fuel tank, which is right below the backseat. You have to unbolt the backseat and lift it up. There will be a panel underneath that you need to open up. There it is!

I have a 95 cherokee. had lots of trouble with the coil blowing out till I ran a direct body ground to the coil mount. try changing the coil and running a ground wire from the frame or metal body direct to the coil mount. RW
