Yes, but be prepared to cut the entire transmission hump section out of the floor for serious modification. The 4L80-E is a much larger transmission than will fit without bigtime mods. You'll also need a computer to control the shifting. If you want a 4 speed automatic, a 200R4 or 700R4 are much more practical, easier and cheaper to swap in, and don't require a computer and related sensors and wiring.
