Most games will have a more optimal experience if the AMD settings are adjusted accordingly. AMD is a component of the graphics video card in your computer.

The AMD Radeon HD 7400M is an older graphics card that may struggle with running newer, more demanding games. However, it should be able to handle older or less graphically intensive games well. Some recommended games for the AMD Radeon HD 7400M include titles like League of Legends, Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Minecraft, and older games from the early to mid-2000s. It's important to note that the performance of these games may vary depending on the specific model of the AMD Radeon HD 7400M and the system's overall configuration.
You graphics seems to be on weak side and CPU might bottleneck too.
The AMD Sempron is an entry-level processor, suitable for light gaming. Games like "Minecraft," "Terraria," and older titles such as "Half-Life 2" or "Counter-Strike: Source" can run reasonably well on systems with Sempron CPUs. However, more demanding games or recent releases may struggle due to the processor's limited performance. Overall, casual and indie games are the best fit for this hardware.
I can tell you that a AMD Athlon is better for games but a Intel Pentium is better for educational purposes. I'l hope you a answer on your question. Regards, Jack
The main two manufacturers are INTEL and AMD. The 4th quoter results of 2008: INTEL - 80.96% AMD - 10.6%
AMD is the ONLY compeditor of Intel AMD
Intel, by default, is a better processor for people who play games frequently and multitask. AMD is good for multitasking, and not so much for games, however I personally have an AMD and I can run 2 servers up at once and play Minecraft at once. AMD is good for cheaper use, Intel is good for people who can afford it and built for games. Personally, I'd say AMD on this one, unless the GHz speed level is lower. Although - it is your choice. I'd recommend the cheaper one on this end, unless you can afford the more expensive.
