extra strength (500 mg) Tylenol (acetaminophen)
After searching for this on the internet, I found that it is Acetaminophen (generic name for Tylenol) 500 mg(extra strength). Once I found this out, I was able to go to the medicine cabinet and pull my Kroger brand 'Extra Strength Tylenol equivalent' and verify that those pills were the same oblong L484 pills as the one that I had found.

10 mg hydrocodone 500 mg acetaminophen
One M363 pill contains 10mg hydrocodone, but do not forget that in addition to it the pill contains 500mg acetaminophen (it is a compound medicine).
its a hydrocodone it is 10mg hydrocodone and 500mg acetaminophen A generic variation for Vicodin 10/500 manufactered by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.
It is a 10/500 Hydrocodone tablet. It has 10 mgs of Hydrocodone, and 500 mgs of Acetaminophen (Tylenol). It's personally my favorite 10 mg Hydrocodone pill. :)
Yes and no. Hydrocodone 5-325 and 5-500 contain the same amount of Hydrocodone but 5-325 contains less acetiminophen. Wheras the 5-500 contains 5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetiminophen, the 5-325 contains 5 mg of hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetiminophen. The 5-325 is better for you.
Percocet tablets contain a combination of both Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. Different dosages have different pill colors. All dosages have the milligrams of Oxycodone imprinted on the pill (ex: "7" for 7 mgs of Oxycodone). Some of the dosages ALSO have the amount of Acetaminphen imprinted on the pill (ex: 7/500 indicates there are 7mgs of Oxycodone and 500 mgs of Acetaminophen in the Percocet tablet). It is confusing. http://www.pharmer.org/node/1788
