the b2200 motor is the same basic Mazda fe short block. the only difference in the blocks is the f2, or the 2.2 is the block being the stroked version of the fe. same bore same block same mounts. different head, intake, and exhaust manifolds. also different ecu and harness.
No
it might BUT the real question should be will the Mazda computer operate the Kia engine correctly, and that answer is a big no.
A 1995 KIA Sportage 2.0L 16v DOHC will bolt right into the B2000 and the B2200. You will have to get a system called megasquirt from www.diyautotune.com Your Horse Power will be almost double that of the B2200 2.2L SOHC
No.
Is very possible but it is a wate of time and money, I have B2200 and trust me the smallest engine that can manage the weight of that mini pick up is a 2.0L anything smaller is a waste, I tried with RX7 engine and it is not that reliable, unless is turbo and have to play with diferential ratios
lookin to find out what other type of bucket seats will fit a 89 mazda b 2600i
it will fit the b2200, b2000,b2600. I think 1987 to 1993.
yes, they will fit. the most you will have to do, is drill a couple holes to bolt it down. But, it should most likely fit just straight up.
Not really. Technically you can probably make it fit with some mods but the 1994+ Mazda B3000 is actually a Ford Ranger body and frame.
