Possibly, due to the better design of most aftermarket intake manifolds
Also, an aluminum intake saves about 25 lbs., so a car would be faster if it's lighter.
Aluminium is much less reactive than Lithium.
Iron & Aluminium are much more abundantly found as compared to platinum. Moreover in reactivity series aluminium & iron are found to much more reactive than platinum, platinum is least reactive.
Aluminium and titanium are about the same but aluminium is more reactive. platinum is the least reactive metal
Aluminium reacts very rapidly with the oxygen in the air to form a thin film of aluminium oxide covering the entire surface of the aluminium in the foil. This surface is invisible to the eye. Aluminium oxide is very resistant to chemical processes, like corrosion. It protects the aluminium underneath very well, so aluminium does not corrode in moist environments. If the aluminium is scratched, an new aluminium oxide film forms immediately, protecting the scratched part. Iron does not form a protective skin, because iron oxide has different chemical properties to aluminium oxide and is not able to protect the iron.
Aluminium is more reactive than gold.
Ram air intake aka, short ram intakes are good for low end horsepower and torque Cold air intakes have more horsepower gaines then short ram and more top end power. If your looking for more torque then horsepower, meaning more acceleration but dont care about topping out your car, then short ram intake is what you want. If you already have enough torque and just want more horsepower and go fast as possible, then cold air intake is what you want.
You can add a high performance air intake to give it more horsepower
More compression, bigger cam, better flowing heads, improved intake and exhaust, supercharger, nitrous oxide injection.
No
add intake chip from eBay and put an exhaust.
Add a free flow exhaust and a cold air intake free flow air filter. This will give you slightly more h.p. To get some real horsepower you can install a turbo charger or supercharger but they are expensive.
cold air intake and headers with a more open exhaust like flowmaster should gain you at least 15 to 25 horsepower
Start with a cold air intake, then add headers. If you want 100 or more horsepower instantly add nitrous
you don't they are very limited motors. the best advice i can give you is a cold air intake and maybe a more open exhaust otherwise enjoy it like it is.
get a cooler intake system.
3...........
Depends how much more.. For starts <20hp, intake exhaust 20-75hp above plus... cam heads 75+hp stroker kit and above items or, turbo supercharger
