I don't think so but, whenever you are talking wiring harnesses you need to match the part numbers on the harnesses. If the part numbers are the same, the harness is the same. If the part number is off by even one digit it isn't going to work.
If by "Civic transmission" you mean a D-series transmission then no, it is not compatible with the B-series engine. If the Civic has a B-series transmission then, oviously, it will work. All 5-speed B-series transmissions are compatible with all B-series engines.
NO!!! Absolutely not!
d series or b series
first u need an engine... i would sudgest a H22 but any D or B series engine will do fine. the car stock come with the D15B8 which is whats in mine, u then need a wireing harness and a rad then u should b good to go on racin
yes you can, you have to use the b-series flywheel and the b-series pressure plate, but you have to use the d-series clutch disk. because the input shaft on the d-series is different than the b-series, so the b-series clutch disks splines are different, that's why you have to use that disk.
B series do not fit on D series motors
H-series engine mated with a B-series transmission using an adaptor plate.
6 cylinder, "b" series, turbocharged
In no particular order: Honda's B series. Honda's K series. Ford's BD series. Toyota's 4age series.
yes it will. you might have to change the wiring harness though
No. Besides, K series transmissions aren't nearly as good as B series transmissions.
The Honda D2J3 transmission is typically associated with the D-series engines, while the B20A5 engine is part of the B-series family. Although both may share some similarities, the bolt patterns and transmission mounts differ, making direct compatibility unlikely. It’s advisable to use a transmission specifically designed for the B-series engines to ensure proper fit and function.
