It's always a balance between what and how muchyou eat/drink.
Enough water is good, but a lot more isn't any better.
While fruits and vegetable are "safer" than sodas and french fries, as fruits and veggies have less calories, making it more difficult to over eat, it's still a question of what and how much, and it's still entirely possible to overeat on fruit and vegetables.
But yeah, give up on sodas and everything deep fried, and it'll be a lot easier to control your weight.
