Yes, it can.
Probably a senor: MAP, MAF, IAC, pr TPS
It may be map sensor but engine knocking cause of another reason. You should check your spark plug , I.S.C valve , Injector and engine Compressor. thanks It may be map sensor but engine knocking cause of another reason. Passenger side of engine next to throttle body. It is the senor with the vacuum line running to it.
It will measure the engine rpm
Bank 1 is the driver side of the engine, senor 2 is the second senor inline. senor 1 is before the cat, senor 2 is after the cat.
On the 1.9L engine it is above the starter. (Firewall side of the engine.)
MAP = Manifold absolute pressure. A map sensor monitors the level of vacuum in the engine to help determine correct air/fuel ratio. if the vacuum drops its because you've opened the throttle and it needs to add more fuel. more vacuum, less fuel.
No start ,engine missfire
Not likely.
engine map is a graph of an engine each part and where they are located engine map range 91 Chevy s10 pickup truck engine map is a graph of an engine each part and where they are located engine map range 91 Chevy s10 pickup truck
There are four in the system altogether. Bank one is the driver side of the engine. Senor one is the upstream senor before the cat. senor two is after the cat. They mount senor one in the exhaust manifold.
It will be on the left side of the intake manifold, under the map senor. Towards the back
