Yes it will fit and set right in place with NO problem.
The problem is that the 95 engine is not compatible with the wiring harness, The PCM / Powertrain Control Module/computer on the 1997 model truck. The fuel pump would have to be change too. I could probley name some more things too. You need a VORTEC engine from 1997 to 1999 so you don't have to change are MODIFY anything.
If they are the same engine, it's highly likely the trans will be the same .
The PVC valve is located on the top of the engine. It is on the drivers side of the engine close to the back.
where is the pcm module located on my 1997 Chevy truck
Depends on what engine it has under the hood, and you fail to list that engine. Ask again and list the engine size, and I will be happy to provide an answer.
Tire psi? Engine compression psi? Radiator cap psi? Engine oil pressure psi?
depends on the engine size and the transmission type.
The 1997 Chevy 1500 pickup truck 5.7 liter engine knock sensor can be found on the front of the engine. You will need to remove the front engine cover in order to access the sensor.
behind the glove box on passenger side...you will have to remove glove box to get to it
