Not easily, but anything is possible for the right price.
All the sources I have say 5qts 10w-30
Depends on year and model. Some fullsize Jeeps in the 1970s and 80s used the 360 engine
I have posted a link to my Yahoo 360 page. The Pics you need are in the photo album. Good luck with your repairs.
Yes it will, depending on what motor the Dodge Ram and Jeep have. 5.2L (318) or the 5.9L (360) they will interchange for most parts. if the jeep has a 4.0L inline 6 cyl. it will not fit.
Available engines were the 4.0 liter inline six, the 318 cu in. v8, and the 360 cu in v8
well yes you can do anything with money.. no you can not without custom mounts adapter to get it in there they are completely different engines contrary to popular belief AMC is its on Engine it has nothing to do with Ford or Chrysler for that matter, they share only cubic inches ..
For one year only, in 1998 the Grand Cherokee Limited model was offered with a 5.9 liter V8. That is a 360 cubic inch engine that required high test gasoline. The average V8 was the 5.2 liter that was in a milder state of tune in the Grand Cherokees. The base engine was the 4.0 liter straight 6 cylinder. The current options are the 3.7 V6, 4.7 V8 and 5.7 (Hemi) V8 and a 3.0L V6 (diesel)
Not from the AMC factory... the stock Jeep V8 option was the 304.
The American Motor company (AMC) made all of the 360 cubic inch V8 engines for the Wagoneers, even after Jeep was turned over to Chrysler in 1987.
its a v8 engine used by jeep in the 70s and 80s.it is a 5.9l.
well the engines are nothing alike. you should be able to look and tell. do you have a pic of it? no parts will be able to swap from one to the other so use a pair of vavle covers or something and try to put them on it. THE AMC ENGINE HAS 360 WELDED UNDER THE PORT (LEFT) SIDE EXHAUST MANIFOLD AMC engines from that era will have a 7-digit part number starting with 319 or 323 or the like molded into the various castings. The 360 would most likely have 3195528 cast into the sides of the block near the "360." Older Fords have have part numbers made up of letters and digits.
