No. Goats are herbivores. Once a young goat is weaned it normally eats only plants and plant products. Specifically, they are browsers, which means they prefer to eat leaves and twigs off of shrubs, instead of grazers who prefer to eat grasses.

Sometimes domesticated goats will nibble at things that are not natural foods for wild goats. For example, many are fond of paper labels on food cans and the glue that holds the labels on the cans. However they do NOT eat metal cans, rubber tires or meat of any sort.
