NO, in short hair test only test for the drugs that are in hair follicle, they do not test the quantity of the drug in the follicle. so the hair drug test will show you as being positive for amphetamines, but they can't determine how much amphetamines was used, so going from 20's to 30's will show up no different on a hair test.

The tablets will still contain the 1/4 dextroamphetamine saccharate, 1/4 dextroamphetamine sulfate, and 1/2 racemic mixture of two amphetamine salts (aspartate and sulfate, I believe) at concentrations identical to that of brand name Adderall as regulated by the FDA. I've taken both the brand name and generic Adderall before and did not experience any difference in quality.
