My Aunt has had a parrot named Joker since he was a baby, or about 10 months old. He now thinks she's his mother. But, no, he doesn't think her as a mate,etc., unless this Q is spelled/worded funny.
No, I don't know if OTHER parrots take to human female though. I only know Mother-confused parrot 'Son' realtionship based on my Aunt & Joker.
