Absolutely not! Miscarriages are normal, though very upsetting.
The vast majority women go on to have a healthy, normal pregnancy next time. Even after two or three miscarriages, the chances are still very high that the next pregnancy will be a normal, full term one.
When I had my miscarriage, the doctor told me that she had had a miscarriage recently too, and she considered that a first failed pregnancy gave the pregnancy hormones a 'kick start' so that the next time things would probably be fine for both of us. She was right.
So, don't worry about that. I am sorry for your loss.
