scoupe turbo engine, tiburon's 2.0 engine, 1998-99 Mitsubishi eclipse... all of this engines fit but some modifications have to be done mainly in the engine mounts
my neighbour pulled the u clip off door lock barrel and does not know how to put the clip back on 1996 Hyundai excel sprint
YES IT WILL FIT
2To be honest if you oversize your exhaust on an N/A car then you risk reducing the "backpressure" to the engine and hence reduce the overall performance. Just by changing the backbox on a 1995 to 1999 Hyundai Accent / Excell on a stock engine will change the "power band" from about 2k RPM to about 4k RPM. By getting the TB mod you will hopefully negate the larger exhaust backpressure reduction, but for a 2.0 litre conversion you will need to referr to www.performancehyundai.com ;)I put a 2L late model excel engine in my 92 excel(1.8L) not sure the difference between elantra and excel but all i did was kept the original "juicy bits" like radiator ECU and gearbox ect. and everythign fit perfectly, no over pressure or anything.
The Hyundai beta motor has not seen much change in 13 or so years it has been around the starters should be interchangeable.
you can call a wrecking yard(or a couple) for this answer...
de[ends if it is a v6 or a beta i4 engine
Check and see if it has the same model number. If it has the same model number it should fit.
yes it will, there are slight modifications with the sides that will need to take place, but it is nothing somone with a moderate back ground in car maitnence cant handle
