Unlikely. The LD or lethal dose for Diazepam is enormously high. I do however caution you that 50 of them (of any dose per tablet now manufactured) is a very large dose and while not likely to be lethal, can be very dangerous.
Four hours and varies from person to person.
You will die.
diazepam ( croatian: apaurin,normabel..)
Diazepam (Valium) can be injected. But after intramuscular injection, you have an erratic absorption of the drug. So it is better given orally than intramuscularly. It should be given intravenously. But then it is given very slowly in antecubital vein and NOT in peripheral vein. You look to the face of the patient. When he closes his eyes, you stop. Otherwise the patient will stop his respiration and he can die eventually. When patient is having convulsions, it is difficult to give diazepam, intravenously. In this situation, you can give intra-rectal diazepam. Absorption of the intra-rectal diazepam should be given as cautiously as intravenous diazepam. Because absorption of intrarectal diazepam is as fast and as predictable as intravenous diazepam.
Half life of diazepam is about 36 hours. At after 96 hours, you will still have the proportion of diazepam. It will be as if you have taken one tablet of diazepam at the end of 72 hours.
Diazepam, can be detected in the blood from 6 to 48 hours.

The word is the same; but NB it can need a prescription! 'Diazepam, por favor' (pronounced: 'dee-ATHaypam, por fahVOR') = 'Diazepam, please'.
Heart attack. The official cause of death was acute toxicity due to combined effects of hydrocodone, carisoprodol, and diazepam
Alcohol will increase the central nervous system depressant effects of diazepam. You will become overly sedated. A small amount of diazepam and alcohol probably wont kill you, let's say 1 glass of beer and 5 mg of diazepam. But drinking alcohol and diazepam is not a wise thing to do and can be dangerous.
