Most will but in certain cases it will not. Ford increased the center hole size on the rim to 2 3/4 in 1998 and above on 2 wheel drive rangers. 97 on back had 2 1/2 center holes.
The bolt patterns remained the same on all Rangers and Explorers so the lug bolt pattern will fit properly regardless of year.
