I would THINK it would to some extent. you['re adding all new desktop/taskbar files/folders,just for instance
I applied several registry hacks to beef up the boot time which anyone can do.
20-25 seconds to desktop display.
with out these hacks,windows boot up seems to take forever and add another user.....shootttt
