Actually,you don't "kill" them,you make them faint.Also,no,the Pokemon on the floors just keep coming.

I don't know which dungeon you mean exactly. To go into a dungeon you go towards a path directly south of the team base. To get through a dungeon you fight other pokemon and find staircases to get to the next floor. Do this until you have either completed your mission or gone through all the floors. lucario can be recruited without cheats if u do wat I say: 1.Unlock all dungeons 2.Catch all legendaries including chansey 3.have lucario rank 4.your starter Pokemon has to be lv100 5.when you have done all this, go with your starter Pokemon and talk to allakazam and he will not say anything about lucario, next day do the same and lucario will walk on the Pokemon square and challenge you to a battle(be careful he is lv100). Go to the bottom, and Team Charm will be there, and you will join them on an expedition in Aegis Cave. You have to battle Regice, Regirock, Registeel, and even Regigigas and his minions.

first you need to get drowzee ,then go into azurill's nightmare ,then Darkrai pretends to be Cresselia in the nightmare then you have to get out .After that go to sleep then in the morning talk to lapras.Then in your bedroom Palkia will appear then he teleports you to spacial rift.Once you have gone through the floors oif spacial rift you will have to battle Palkia after defeating him,Palkia will then get stuck in a nightmare which you will enter.Then Darkrai pretending to be Cresselia tries to destroy you when the real Cresselia comes it battles Darkrai then Darkrai teleports and then says he will wait for you at Dark Crater. Well, you have to have done certain things (I really don't know if these are required or if these even matter): You have to have gone to Blizzard Island/Crevice Cave and rescued Scizor, you have to have gone to the surrounded sea, gotten Manaphy, go to the Miracle Sea for the Medicine it needs, and have it return to the ocean, and you have to have gone on the exploration of the Concealed Ruins with Team Charms and have beaten the four Regis. Then, you will be stalked by Cresselia in your dreams, and you will start to believe that you are causing a rip in space. Palkia will appear and take you to the Special Riff two days after.
