No.
Depending on what body parts you are needing, the 70-72 should fit. This would include the GTO and the LeMans.

like many collectible cars the price varies on condition and year of production. A 66 gto will go for about 55 grand in ok condition up to maybe 65 to 70 grand in good condition while a gto made in the 70s is more in the 30 grand ball park

There is no such thing as a 1966 GTO Judge. This model was available in the model year 69, 70, and 71. Also the engine will fit in the engine bay, however all the mounts with need to be changed. Adapt mount kits are available from Summit Racing I believe. Also, depending on which transmission you intend on using, the engine will NOT bolt up to a Pontiac trans, however, again, adapt kits are available. Ask for a B-O-P adapter (Buick-Olds-Pontiac).
There were 627 manual trans and 140 auto trans hardtop GTO's and 24 manual trans, 13 auto trans convertible GTO's with Ram Air IV motors. Total Judge production for '70 was 3,629 hard tops and 168 convertibles. My information does not break it down farther.
No it will not fit......Jack
Condition and originality are key. There is no way we could give you a fair evaluation here.
