It will run the same, The computer is what controls the injectors, And your not changing the ECM. RIGHT.
The bolt holes are in the same place, but the larger combustion chambers and big valves would probably make the 305 run like crap.
I don't know why you would want to spend money on 305 heads, when you could take that money and buy a set of good 350 heads already beefed up and ready to go.
When the engine is in park there isn't as much of a load on it so it will not be as noticeable.
No, you only have phase a and b. The motor will run as smoothly as a 3 phase motor that has lost a leg of power. That is if the motor is designed for 208v in the first place. Not a good idea.
Your blower motor working even after the car is off is a good sign. This means that the car's system is preventing your car from overheating.
b
if the motor is running good at that point there is a god chance the outer ring on your harmonic balancer has just slightly shifted on the rubber and your actually probabbly at around tdc or somewhere close, with the stock 305 factory timing should be 6 degrees advanced
Heads off a 454 engine will not fit a 305 engine A 454 is a big block and a 305 is a small block. Even if they did fit it would probably run poorly due to low compression because the combustion chambers on the the 454 heads are larger than the ones on the 305 heads
theres four things a motor has gotta have to run regaurdless of anything anyone says..........air . fuel, spark, and compression you gotta have all four or you ain't gonna get it running
Check the run capacitor, if defective, can cause the fan motor to run hot and stops till cools off, on n off. And the sound is a little different while running, it is hard on the motor.
because it requires gas to run good. when it has no gas it cuts off :)
yes
