Yes, it can help. It is not a sure fire way to pass by any means. Currently, aspirin can help to screen the THC metabolites in your sample. It does not eliminate or detoxify your sample, it only masks it. Definitely stop smoking at least one week ahead of time and drink at least 2 liters of water (64 oz) and urinate multiple times before the test. Hopefully your urine will be clear by this point.
If you're taking this test at a lab they may question your sample if it is too clear, vitamin b can help to return some of the yellow coloring. They may also check the creatinine levels if they suspect the sample has been diluted. Still, this will lead to a retest which buys you more time to actually detox.
This only works with marijuana and even with water dilution this is not anywhere near 100 percent effective, but it is better than doing nothing.
