Many people think that running multiple anti-malware programs makes them better protection. However, those people could not be more wrong. Running more than one may cause one program to be inhibited by the other anti-malware program. Thus, you need to decide which program you would like to use and uninstall the others. You could also change the system configuration of windows to make sure the other two programs do not start at startup. However, this is rather complicated and if you mess this up you can affect your computer negatively. If I had to choose I would decide to keep Avast and uninstall Security Essentials and Malwarebytes.
