So it is safe to do as Nike instructs!dont know about that but if you wanna pass a drug test go to any supermarket and get FRUIT PECTIN ..its used for canning ...i recommend the gel kind tastes nasty but works... take it a half hour to 45 minutes before the test drink some water ..you will pass with flying colors....i did it on parole for 6 month's.
