No Call of Duty World at War Final Fronts will not work with any PS3 that does not have 4 USB ports. Call of Duty World at War for the PS3 is actually a much better game with online gaming and the 3 map packs for a total of 4 zombie maps. Neither is available in the PS2 game designed by rebellion instead of Treyarch who designed the PS3 version.
