Yes they should work but why use them? With the Fabtech kit in place, the truck is already lifted quite a lot. If you install coil spacers, the coils will be stiffer and driving characteristics will change especially when doing turns. I would try driving a truck with coil spacers before having them installed and see if I like it or not.
Yes the ride is a little stiffer but its definitely worth it to clear a bigger tire

what is the fire order for a coil pack and cylinders for a 1998 toyota tacoma sr5
If the spacers sit on top of the coil spring retainer plate and they are more than 1/2" thick, then yes. They will throw your CV's out of alignment and cause your balljoints to wear out very quickly. The spacers that fit between the spring and the top plate are much better.. however your coil springs will eventually begin to sag.
I have attached a link to your question that contains the firing orders for just about every Toyota vehicle made in 99'.

No you need coil spring spacers or to replace them with heavy duty springs from a truck you will also needhub spacers so it will not rub
Toyota Camry coil wire can burn out from age or excessive use. The manufacturer recommends that you change the coil wire every 30,000 miles.
You have to get five inch spring coil spacers to fit rims that big
There is 1 coil per cylinder, if you have the fault codes read, it will tell you which one to replace. To check, swap the coil with the cylinder next to it, if the fault follows the coil. The coil is bad. If it stays with the cylinder, check/swap spark plugs, injectors, until the fault moves. It is cheaper swapping to find which part is bad before buying/throwing parts at it.
No input voltage to the coil or the coil is bad. Check the distributor for issues and the wires.
It's either mounted on top of the coil bracket, or on the wall to the left of the coil.
