Being thin is no help if you're 6 feet under....I am underwieght but 5ft. 3 in. , but i am on a diet where you eat less calories than you burn for a week, and then you eat a little more the next week, and you continue for like a month, and that burns like a couple of pounds, but you have to make sure that this is not extreme, and that you are getting the recommended amounts of daily vitamins all the same, if you can do this then you aren't on an extremly un-healthy diet, but you do get results.
