It very well could become clogged. I would recommend you pump all the fuel out of the tank which is no longer any good. Fuel goes bad after 1 year. Add at least 5 gallons of fresh fuel and a can of Seafoam or Techron fuel injector cleaner. Remove the fuel filter and install a new one. Start the engine and drive it to the nearest fuel station and fill it up. If you have been driving the car then just remove the filter and replace it. Fill the tank and add a can of Seafoam or Techron.
Change the fuel filter first.
Have your fuel filter checked first. If that doesn't solve your problem, then have your catalytic convertor checked.
this could be several problems. I need more detail. most likely a fuel problem. Injectors or fuel filter.
Dirty fuel filter or air filter.
no, but it can cause you to inhale the dust and overdose on extacy.
yes a fuel filter problem can cause a starting problem because if your fuel filter blocks the gas wont flow through and you wont get gas to the pistons to start the engine
Death is the most severe problem.
I have the same problem on my Mitsubishi Eclipse RS 1995. Seems to be a problem in Map sensor. I was also told it might be the ECU
It's usually the fuel filter when a car does what you describe.
Most definitely.
maybe needs gas filter
Yes, that is possible. Change the filter and fluid and see if that solves the problem.
