No they will not, the frame is constructed slightly differently, thus it will not line up correctly
Finder flares will have to be drilled into an existing fender if there car did not come standard with them, such as a Honda Civic. When doing this modification be sure to properly measure and align the flares so they fit evenly.

I've got a 1993 celica gt convertible. my guess is probably that the convertible version wasn't made until later so the car in general is a different sie. also, the convertible is already a little different shape so the top will have someplace to go when it's down. that room isn't in a normal celica
The transmission from a 94 Celica GT will fit in a 91 Celica GT with minor modifications. This includes adjusting the shift linkage and mounting points.
