The frost would kill mosquitoes if they were out in the frost. However, mosquitoes hibernate before the first frost hits.
Beets are cool season plants, but there are some cultivars which do well during the warm season. They are generally planted several weeks prior to the first expected frost of autumn, and about 4 weeks prior to the expected last day of frost in the spring.

No, frost will kill the leaves above ground, but the rhubarb plant is perennial & will return the following spring.

It could, and probably will kill the seeds. Plant in the Spring after the chance of frost.
No. It's very difficult to kill honeysuckle. I wish I could get rid of mine, but nothing seems to work...so a little frost won't hurt it.
Frost can help reduce stinkbug populations, but it may not completely kill them. Stinkbugs can survive cold temperatures by seeking shelter, so frost alone may not be enough to eradicate them. It is best to use a combination of methods for effective control.
No it cannot kill you but it can cause mild frost bite with a burn/scar
California grows sugar beets
Yes, frost bite, hyperthermia and crushing can kill you
You're going to need armour and high combat stats. You're not going to kill a frost dragon with a bronze dagger and your rubbish bin lid at level 3. Sara Brews are recommended and a decent weapon like a Barrows weapon or even a Godsword. An Abyssal Whip is not recommended but it can be categorised as a decent weapon depending on the enemy. I'm not an expert at frost dragons because I buy the frost bones, I don't kill them for it.
