No. Mating is a powerful drive, and (domestic) animals doesn't react to strong odours the same way humans do anyhow. Consider getting your cat spayed, or if that isn't an option there's birth control pills for cats as well.
Keep her as far away from males as possible and you can't go wrong.
To keep skunks away, throw out some raw garlic in your yard or where ever you are at. They do like the smell of garlic.

Mallards are the most aggressive type of ducks out there. The males will chase away other males to keep the females for himself. female mallards will do a bit of fighting back witch excites the males.
Either way, it will still keep the vampires away.
